4. Listings and Advertisements

All listings must include accurate descriptions, images, and prices.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms.

Premium or featured ads may require additional fees, which will be clearly communicated.

5. Transactions

The marketplace acts only as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.

We are not a party to transactions between users.

Users are responsible for verifying authenticity, inspecting goods, and ensuring secure payments.

For vehicles and properties, buyers should verify documents and ownership before making payments.

6. Prohibited Items & Services

You may not list, buy, or sell:

Illegal goods or services under Sri Lankan or Australian law.

Counterfeit products, stolen property, weapons, drugs, or hazardous materials.

Content that promotes hate, violence, or exploitation.

7. Fees & Payments

Basic listings are free unless otherwise specified.

Optional premium services may carry fees, payable in LKR or AUD depending on your location.

Fees paid for advertisements or premium features are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, logo, text, images, code) is owned by [Marketplace Name].

Users retain rights to the content they upload but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
